These Terms, Conditions and Pricing apply to Print on Demand setup and ordering on BookBrewer.com. Please read these terms completely. By ordering a Print on Demand setup, you agree to be bound by these terms and prices.

Offering:

• To participate, you must first have an ePub file created with BookBrewer.com, or a PDF that is correctly formatted for a 6x9 aspet ratio with margins of 1/4 inch or more. (See the Word templates on the specifications page.)
• Each copy will be printed on 6x9 stock.
• Includes a full-color, glossy front and back cover with perfect binding. Books that are 20 pages or less are saddle-stitched.
• You must submit a separate print cover and, optionally, back cover and spine that meet these specifications.
• Maximum of 500 pages allowed per title.
• If you choose to have us automate layout for you from your ePub file, you will receive a PDF proof within 48 hours.
• You may make changes to your files after submission for a $30 change fee. A change fees is incurred for any number of changes submitted, whether you are sending PDFs or we are generating PDFs from your ePub file.

Pricing:

• Authors may purchase copies of their own books at the following rates, variable by page count:

• Inside pages may include four-color images or text for no additional cost as long as 85% of the pages are black and white. Additional color pages beyond this limit will cost $.04 per page.

Public Pricing:

• Authors may mark up prices and will receive full proceeds of the difference between the base price and markup price. Payments to authors will be made in the same manner and on the same schedule as those made for eBook royalties. See the Author Agreement for details.

Shipping:

• Printing and shipping will commence on the next Tuesday or Friday following acceptance by author of proof (for new works) or successful paying of funds by customer (for works already set up). Note that this means that Paypal orders made from checking accounts will require a longer turnaround time.
• Shipping will be charged at a flat rate based on the number of books in an order. At this time, shipping fees are $2.99 per order and $1 for each book in the same order.
• Customer will receive a Fedex tracking number upon shipping of order.
• Shipping is only available within the continental United States and Canada at this time.

Public Sales URLs

• A sales URL is created on BookBrewer.com within 7 days of a book setup being completed. You can find your sales URL by logging in at BookBrewer.com, finding your book and clicking the Profile button. The sales URL will appear below your book's description, next to eBook retail sales URLs.
• You may optionally have your book listed on Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com. The total price of your book outside of BookBrewer will be increased by 25% plus $1.35 on Amazon, and 25% on Barnesandnoble to cover their listing and closure fees.
• If you opt to list on Amazon and Barnesandnoble, you agree to pay an additional $29 per title, charged annually.

Refunds and returns:

• Printed paperbacks created with BookBrewer are printed on demand at a state of the art printing facility in Denver, Colorado. Because these books are printed on demand and may contain content that is personalized to the customer, no refunds or returns are allowed for non-defective products. If you receive an order that you believe has a defect in workmanship, or has been damaged during delivery, you must report it to us within 30 days of receipt by opening a help ticket. Please include a copy of your e-mail receipt and a description of the problem, and a customer service representative will be in touch.

Term

• This pricing will remain in effect through December 31, 2011. We reserve the right to change prices upon expiration of the term with or without notice. Please return to this page to stay up to date with the latest prices.
